From the memorable 2007 vintage comes this blend of 59% Cabernet Franc and 41% Merlot. This wine has wonderful aromas of black cherry, black currant and coffee. The body is full and rich with flavours of cacao, black cherry and plum rounding out the palate. Great pairing with blue cheese crusted steak, lamb, rich stews and aged cheeses.
